Property management

Your Dubai property, fully managed from start to finish

Live abroad or simply short on time? Hand us the keys. We find the tenant, complete the paperwork, collect the rent and look after the property, so you always know where things stand without having to be here.

What we take off your hands

Everything a property needs, including the work that normally requires someone on the ground in Dubai.

Finding the right tenant

We price the property against the market, advertise it, arrange viewings and check applicants before you decide.

Contracts and Ejari

We prepare the tenancy contract, register it with Ejari and keep all the paperwork in order.

Rent and cheques

We collect the rent cheques, deposit them on time, follow up anything unpaid and pass the rent on to you.

Maintenance and inspections

We take the tenant’s calls, send reliable contractors and check on the property, so small problems stay small.

Bills and administration

We can deal with DEWA, service charges and the administrative work that usually needs someone in Dubai.

Reporting and renewals

You receive clear statements, and we handle renewals and rent reviews within RERA’s rules.

Step by step

How it works, from start to finish

One team and one agreement, with every step covered.

  1. Tell us about your property

Send us the location and details. We review the property and estimate the achievable rent using current market data and the RERA Rental Index.

  2. Sign the management agreement

We agree the scope and fee in writing. If you are abroad, you can sign digitally or give us a power of attorney.

  3. Prepare the property

We inspect the property, list anything that needs fixing, arrange cleaning and take photos for advertising.

  4. Find and check the tenant

We advertise, run the viewings, check each applicant and bring you the best offer to approve.

  5. Contract, Ejari and cheques

We complete the tenancy contract, register Ejari, collect the rent cheques and security deposit, and hand over with a condition report.

  6. Day-to-day management

We deposit the cheques, pass the rent on to you, deal with maintenance requests and pay agreed bills on your behalf.

  7. Renewal or a new tenant

Before the contract ends we serve any notice needed, review the rent and renew. If the tenant leaves, we inspect, settle the deposit and let the property again.

Homes, buildings and company portfolios

Home management

For owners of a single apartment, villa or townhouse. This is the service most overseas owners choose: you keep the investment, and we run it day to day.

Building management

For owners of a whole building or a block of units. We coordinate leasing across the building, rent collection, tenant communication, maintenance contractors and owner reporting, so you deal with one team instead of many suppliers.

Company portfolios

For companies and investors holding several units. You get one point of contact and one report across the whole portfolio.

What you need to get started

  • A copy of your passport, and your Emirates ID if you have one
  • Your title deed
  • A power of attorney, if someone else is to sign for you
  • The keys and access cards, and your DEWA account details
  • Your latest service charge statement

Not sure you have everything? Send us what you have and we will tell you what is missing.
